Wes Cummins is currently Chief Executive Officer of 272 Capital L.P., an investment advisory firm which he formed in February 2020. Mr. Cummins was previously an analyst with Nokomis Capital, L.L.C., an investment advisory firm, a position he held from October 2012 until February 2020. From March 2011 to September 2012, Mr. Cummins was an analyst for Harvey Partners, a hedge fund. From February 2002 to March 2011, Mr. Cummins held multiple positions including senior research analyst covering technology hardware companies, director of research, head of capital markets and, finally, president of B. Riley & Co., an investment banking firm. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Cummins was an associate analyst at Needham & Company, an investment banking firm, Mr. Cummins holds a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
David Rench is a Senior Financial Executive with experience leading the full spectrum of accounting, budgets, financial analysis, forecast planning, IT strategy, and reporting processes to achieve and exceed corporate financial goals. He has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing streamlined tools and procedures to maximize departmental efficiency. Mr. Rench holds a BBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Rench started his professional career as an analyst working for Citi Group and American Airlines. He later led M&A transactions as a Senior Associate for Essilor of America. Mr. Rench then co-founded and served as the VP of Finance and Operations for a software startup, ihiji, until the company was acquired by Control4 in 2017. After the sale, Mr. Rench joined and served as Chief Financial Officer of Hirzel Capital. Mr. Rench is skilled in talent management and focused on long-term business growth, revenue, and profitability. He currently consults with and advises various companies and boards of directors.

Ms. Ingel has a passion for startup companies, specifically implementing ideas in marketing and operations to support growth. After moving to Texas in 2016, Ms. Ingel began with operations in the corporate buying offices at Neiman Marcus through 2018, where she worked closely with the executive team on projections, marketing and planning for the web business. She started an event planning company in Dallas in 2019, which Ms. Ingel grew through creative marketing and sales despite a nationwide pandemic. She was able to pivot the company’s strategy, and effectively adapt to the new event environment. Ms. Ingel sold the company in early 2021 to pursue a career in the cryptocurrency marketplace.
